Korea 2008 - This is for Jill

This is for Jill because it is the biggest shopping center I have ever been to in the world. I know how much Jill likes retail.
Mom and I stayed over in So Korea on our way to and from Bali in 2008. I am just now getting to this story as I still have to work and can't update our blog every 5 minutes. So we stayed at the Seoul Korea JW Marriott. The first picture is the view from our room. It was always gray and rainny. But the Marriott was connected to a mall that was numerous high rise giant department stores connected. Instead of one big store they had hundreds (probably over 1,000) smaller boutiques. From the most expensive to the basement where the McDonalds and Burger Kings and hallways filled with truly bargin basement sales.
Well the best story is that everybody there is a size one or smaller. Needless to say we Amercians don't even start to fit into anything but finally we found a store that had a really nice pair of pants and matching blouse for Sherrie. And it fit Mom perfectly so I looked at the price in Koren bucks and figured it was only about $75 - $80. So we bought them. But when I got the bill and figured the real price it was $760 for the outfit. Mom has still not worn them. But she has them in her closet and can show them to you when you come for dinner.

BBQ at Girls Camp

Dindy goes to law school

Well Cindy finally got tall enough to leave for college. Mom had to put a phone book under her seat and she wears blocks on the bottom of her shoes so she can drive 102 MPH down to SUU. Mom and I went down to see her and meet her roomies. So we did and took pictures. But Cindy said she was too busy to put them up on her blog so she told me to. So these are the pictures that we took. We are looking forward to going down for parents day. We love you so much Cindy. You never cease to amaze us.
